24/7 channels
Turn your provider's shows and films into channels that play around the clock.
A 24/7 channel plays one show, episode after episode, or a run of films, as if it were on air. It's made from your TV provider's own library of shows and films, and it sits in the guide with your other channels. Nothing streams until you tune in.

Making channels
- Open New 24/7 Channels at the bottom of the Live TV sidebar on Apple TV, the bottom of the list on iPhone and iPad, or New 24/7 Channels… on the Mac.
- Name the collection. It starts as 24/7 Shows.
- Choose Shows or Movies and pick what to include. Each show becomes its own channel; films go together into one movie channel.
- Set the Order: In Order or Shuffle, and whether to Include Specials.
- Tap Create Channels.
Making them yours
- A logo: on iPhone, iPad and the Mac, Edit Logo… in the channel's menu. It syncs to the Apple TV.
- The order: drag on iPhone and iPad after tapping Edit; Move Up, Move Down, Move to Top or Move to Bottom on the Mac; Move Channel… or Reorder Channels… on Apple TV.
- Films and shows together: on a movie channel, choose Add Shows (right-click on the Mac, hold select on Apple TV). In order, it plays a film, then an episode of each show, then the next film.
- Refresh Episodes picks up new episodes; Remove takes a show off.
24/7 channels can't be recorded or caught up on.
