Strand is made by one person. Everything that comes in gets read, usually within a day or two.
Purchases
Strand Pro is paid for through Apple. To get a purchase back on a device, choose Restore Purchases on the Strand Pro screen. To cancel or change a subscription, use your Apple Account's Subscriptions settings (where they are on each device). Refunds are asked for from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
